A judge has signaled he will declare a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial after the jury was unable to come to a unanimous verdict. Judge William Sullivan told defense attorney Kevin Reddington he had one hour to file an emergency stay before calling the jury back to dismiss them.
