The Supreme Court has rejected an attempt for Missouri to use a congressional map drawn by Republicans that would have likely eliminated the seat of a Democratic incumbent. NBC News’ Sahil Kapur reports on the decision and the last-ditch attempt Republicans had taken to use the new map.
