Shares of Coupa( ), which makes cloud-based software, surged following their debut at the Nasdaq Thursday. Early in the trading day, the stock more than doubled from its $18 offer price. Coupa’s software helps companies manage spending, and counts Groupon( grpn), Salesforce( ), and Staples( ) as its customers.
