Suspect arrested in connection to devastating Spokane wildfire

A man with a previous manslaughter conviction was arrested in Spokane, WA and had his first appearance in court today. Authorities say he is responsible for the fire that has reduced hundreds of homes to rubble and forced thousands of people to evacuate. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports.
