Toddler declared dead at hospital is later pronounced alive

An 18-month-old boy was rushed to an Arizona hospital after being found face-down in a swimming pool. New police video shows how the little boy was declared dead but hours later was found breathing and alive by a medical examiner. NBC News’ Dana Griffin has the story.
