Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., said his group’s van was surrounded by Israeli settlers armed with machine guns, while visiting an abandoned Palestinian village in the West Bank. An aide for Khanna said the group was held for over an hour before officers who appeared to be police allowed them to proceed.
