Missouri state troopers’ boat capsizes during flood rescue

Two Missouri state troopers fell into floodwaters when their boat capsized during a rescue. Authorities said the troopers made it out of the water and nobody was injured in the incident. Rescue efforts are ongoing in parts of southeast Missouri, where nearly a foot of rain fell in some areas.
