Man killed while fleeing ICE officers in Florida

A 28-year-old man was killed by a tractor-trailer while he was fleeing ICE officers in the parking lots of a Wawa store and gas station in St. Augustine, Florida. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are ramping up efforts across the country under new policy which calls for a quota of 2,000 arrests a day.
