Trump: Iran is ‘negotiating on fumes’ as deal remains unclear

President Donald Trump said he only plans to make a good deal with Iran, or not make a deal at all, as Iranian state media released a draft of what they said was an alleged peace deal outline. NBC News’ Monica Alba reports that the White House called the released memorandum a “fabrication.”
