🚨 The “AI is taking our jobs” narrative is apparently a massive corporate cover-up.
Big companies aren’t laying off thousands of people because AI suddenly replaced them overnight. They’re laying people off because they over-hired and got WAY too bloated. 📉
Instead of CEOs admitting they made a massive management mistake (which looks terrible to investors), they’re saying “we’re becoming more efficient with AI” instead and hoping it’ll pump stock prices.
But it seems like investors have caught on. Companies using the “AI excuse” are actually seeing their stock prices drop nowadays.
