Torrential rain and dangerous flooding are complicating Memorial Day weekend plans for millions, with more rain expected in the eastern half of the United States. In West Virginia, a group of Boy Scouts were rescued from the banks of a river after water rose quickly. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports.
