‘Teen takeovers’ turn violent across the U.S.

It’s a dangerous, viral trend known as “teen takeovers” where large groups of teens descend on a specific area. In Chicago, one incident turned violent with dozens arrested and several officers hospitalized. As Maggie Vespa reports, some are now saying it’s time to charge parents for their kids’ actions.
