Police in Omaha, Nebraska, fatally shot a woman they said slashed a 3-year-old’s face during an attempted kidnapping at a Walmart. Two officers shot the woman, Noemi Guzman, after she allegedly cut the boy and refused to drop a knife she had stolen from the store.
