Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.) tells Meet the Press he believes that the United States has “won or is winning” the war with Iran but still thinks there needs to be additional action in the region. Lankford wouldn’t rule out sending boots on the ground, saying “we’ve got to be able to finish this.”
