According to a newly released affidavit, Tiger Woods had two hydrocodone pills in his pocket when he was arrested for driving under the influence in Florida. In the document, Woods’ eyes are described as “bloodshot and glassy” and his pupils as “extremely dilated.” NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.
