Carly Fiorina said the health care bill passed by the House of Representatives is just the start of a process.
“I think that process is important – obviously Obamacare has been a failure for the vast majority of Americans,” she said in an interview with TheStreet.
Fiorina also said competition is critical in the health care space to keep costs low.
