70-year-old Michael Burke has been charged with shooting two men and killing one of them in Fallbrook, California. He faces charges of murder, attempted murder, and shooting into an inhabited vehicle, after a confrontation with the men who were working as landscapers. KNSD’s Shandel Menezes reports.
