Joseph Campbell, a former pastor in Tusla, Oklahoma, who was accused of rape appeared in court for a second arraignment. He faces charges of rape and lewd acts with a minor. Some of his alleged victims were in the courtroom and spoke to KJRH’s Emma Burch.
