Several good samaritans rushed to rescue a woman who drove her SUV into freezing water in Virginia Beach. During the dramatic rescue, they shattered the windshield and pulled the woman to safety. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz spoke to one of the people who leapt into action, a longtime rescue swimmer with the Navy who happened to be eating lunch nearby.
