Body and dash cam video released by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office shows a dramatic traffic stop. The sheriff says after a witness spotted a registered sex offender driving with two boys, deputies discovered one of them was a missing person. The man tried to run away from police and grab a deputy’s gun, while a 15-year-old tried to flee in the truck. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.
