Displaced Sudanese arrived at a U.N. refugee camp in the town of Tawila after escaping the Darfur city of al-Fashir. The war between the Sudanese army and the RSF, which began in April 2023, has created what the U.N. has called the world’s largest humanitarian crisis at a time when global aid budgets are shrinking.
