Lawmakers from AOC to Ted Cruz are bashing Robinhood over its GameStop trading freeze. Robinhood announced earlier in the day that it had limited trade in GameStop and other stocks targeted by investors on the irreverent WallStreetBets Reddit forum, citing “recent volatility.” This restricted stocks like AMC, GME (GAMESTOP), BB, NOK, & NAKD to no longer be allowed to be purchased on the Robinhood Trading App. So what’s next for the Robinhood App, here are my thoughts.
