Natalie Greene was found in a New Jersey nature reserve, with her hands zip tied, her body lacerated and a profane phrase written on her stomach, according to a criminal complaint. Prosecutors say it was all an elaborate hoax that Greene perpetrated herself. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports.
