Pezeshkian, who is a medical doctor, said a #hematoma near his knee needed to be drained. He also condemned the #Israeli attack, saying that Israel was trying to martyr him and his fellow Iranian officials. The interview was conducted with a government interpreter translating in real time, and NBC News reviewed the translation independently.
