Two children were killed and at least 17 others were injured after a gunman opened fire at the Annunciation Catholic School during a morning Mass. Officials said the shooter acted alone and had timed a manifesto to be released on YouTube that included “disturbing writings.” The manifesto has been taken down and remains under active review.
