Amateur video captured the moment a lightning bolt apparently struck Toronto’s CN Tower early Wednesday morning. Canadian Press reported that about 800,000 people across Ontario and Quebec had lost power as a combination of thunderstorms and freezing rain rolled through the two provinces.
