Auburn police say Dr. Julie Schnuelle, a retired Auburn University professor, was murdered near the campus on Saturday. Court documents show a “bladed object” was used to kill the victim in a park she reportedly frequented with her dog. A suspect was arrested the next day and was later charged with two counts of capital murder. NBC News’ Priya Sridhar reports tonight from Auburn, Alabama with the very latest.
