In Virginia, police say a suspect confronted city councilman Lee Vogler, doused him with a flammable liquid and set him on fire. The suspect, Shotsie Hayes, then fled the scene and was stopped by officers several blocks from the incident. Officials say Hayes was taken into custody. NBC News’ Garrett Haake has the story.
