The Trump administration has secured the freedom of ten Americans it says were wrongly detained in Venezuela by the Maduro regime. Those Americans are now headed home. As part of the prisoner swap, a group of alleged Venezuelan gang members deported from the U.S. are now headed from El Salvador to Venezuela. NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell reports.
