A woman working as a housekeeper was detained by federal agents in plain clothes in the parking lot of the San Diego hotel where she works. As @nbcsandiego reports, Homeland Security Investigations said agents arrested her “for being present in the U.S. after entry without inspection” and she was released with an ankle monitor “due to childcare issues.”
