ChatGPT plugins and browsing feature are new beta features that allow ChatGPT Plus users to interact with third-party APIs and the web using the GPT-4 model. The browsing feature allows ChatGPT to search the web for resources, cross-check information, reference specific data, and give up-to-date information. To enable these features, you need to go to your Settings in the bottom left-hand corner of the ChatGPT screen, select Beta features, and toggle Web browsing and Plugins. You also need to select the Plugins model under GPT-4 when you start a chat.
