Welcome to Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Conference Call for Third Quarter of Fiscal 2025. As a reminder, this conference call is being recorded.

I’m here with Ken Traub, Comtech’s Chairman, President and CEO; Mike Bondi, CFO; Daniel Gizinski, President of Satellite and Space Communications business; and Jeff Robertson, President of the Terrestrial and Wireless Networks business.
