Karl Mitchell, a Nevada man who was arrested after his seven tigers were seized from his property, is speaking out for the first time from jail. Officials say Mitchell has owned the animals without the proper permits. Mitchell says his tigers are his “emotional support animals,” and that some were rescued from the original “Tiger King,” Joe Exotic.
