BARBARA CORCORAN: They have to go out and really invest themselves in looking for a home. If they’re serious about it, you could buy a fixer upper or financing is readily available. It’s the cheapest house to buy on the block. We have spring break coming up. You ought to get into the spring market in spring break because none of the homeowners are even around and they accept lower offers. You can do a lot to look for a house. You can even shop your neighbor and see who’s running. Tag sales people always put a tag sale up months before they sell their house.
