It’s all part of General Motor’s new design studio in the U.K.

One of the most iconic American sports cars is getting a makeover….in England. General Motors opened its new design studio in the U.K, and to commemorate the event, it unveiled a new Corvette EV concept car.
However the car itself, which looks more like a futuristic racer than it does a traditional Corvette, is being called a “design study” and is not intended for production. But GM did say that other design studios in Detroit, Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Seoul would unveil additional Corvette concept cars throughout 2025.
As for the design studio in England, General Motors released a statement saying, “these teams are primarily tasked with imagining what mobility could look like five, 10, and even 20 years into the future and driving innovation for GM.”
