Researchers are studying whether popular weight-loss drugs could reduce cravings not only for food, but for alcohol, heroin and other addictive drugs. Some patients taking the drugs for weight loss have reported that their cravings for drugs and alcohol have gone away. NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk reports.
