A federal judge sentenced former Sen. Bob Menendez to 11 years in prison for his conviction on bribery, extortion and other charges. Prosecutors say Menendez took cash, gold bars and a new Mercedes in exchange for actions that, in part, benefited foreign governments. NBC News’ Jonathan Dienst reports.
