Facebook’s second quarter earnings call was so awful, the stock crashed more than 20%. But one Wall Street analyst contends the stock is a can’t miss buy at these new lower levels.

Meanwhile, Amazon earnings after the close are must-watch after the Facebook debacle. Under Armour’s second quarter earnings came in OK, but the company remains in transition.
