Amtrak service has resumed Sunday evening with delays between New York City and Philadelphia after it was suspended for much of the day. The delays are complicating the weekend travel rush for train travelers heading home on the last weekend before the holidays. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports from New York Penn Station.
