A jury in New York found Daniel Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the subway chokehold killing of Jordan Neely, a homeless man who had struggled with mental illness and who showed disruptive behavior on the subway, according to witnesses. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
