What Now With Tesla?
The Department of Justice asking for documents from Tesla on Elon Musk’s “funding secured” nonsense in August should worry anyone remotely interested in investing in Tesla. If you own shares of Tesla, now would mark a good time to consider heading for the hills. Who knows what the DoJ will find.

Always go back and re-read a company’s earnings call transcript. Read it until a clear picture on a company is gained. Do this on FedEx FDX after its lackluster earnings report this week and you will see a company that remains too bullish in its estimates.
