Mad Mushroom, the influencer-owned game publisher in the OTK Network, announced two new action RPG titles at the OTK Winter Games Expo.
The games include Hell Clock, an ARPG roguelike from Brazilian studio Rogue Snail, and Conquest Dark, a horde survivor ARPG from Eldritch Sword Games. Both will launch in 2025 and they can be experienced right now: a limited-time Hell Clock playtest and a Conquest Dark demo are both now live on Steam.
Hell Clock reveal and playtest
In this game, players can dive into the dark fantasy world of Hell Clock, where ultra-fast Path-of-Exile-like action meets roguelike mechanics. Set in Brazil’s 19th century War of Canudos, a significant conflict in the history of the country, the players takes on the role of Pajeú, a formerly enslaved person thrust into a demon-filled purgatory in an eternal battle for truth.

“When we started working on this game we asked ourselves, ‘What would it be like if an entire Diablo season or Path of Exile league took just 20 minutes?’ And that’s what Hell Clock is: a roguelike that encourages aggressive and fast gameplay,” said Mark Venturelli, CEO and creative director at Rogue Snail, in a statement.
Venturelli added, “Hell Clock is also a very personal project for all of us at Rogue Snail. In my 17-year career, this is my first project primarily voiced in Brazilian Portuguese, and also based entirely on Brazilian history and culture. We feel like we’re ready to tell our version of the Canudos story — not only to the whole world, but also to many fellow Brazilians who might not be fully aware of its grim events and repercussions which can still be felt to this day.”

Conquest Dark reveal and demo

Conquest Dark will launch in Steam Early Access in Spring, 2025. A free, public demo is now available on Steam as well.
