Lawmakers in Montana passed a new bill to block new downloads of TikTok making it the most aggressive step yet by any state against the hugely popular app owned by a Chinese company. The state’s Republican governor is expected to sign it making it go into effect in 2024. NBC’s Sahil Kapur reports.
