Aside from Halloween, one of the highlights of Autumn, is the changing leaves! Splashes of red, yellow and orange, create some amazing views in many parts of the country. But, did you ever wonder why leaves change colors this time of year? We explain why trees are undergoing this spectacular color-changing effect. Then, Inspiring Kids: one 8-year-old trades birthday presents for donations to assist families impacted by recent hurricanes. One small but mighty team called The Halloween Helpers is out collecting costumes to ensure kids in their community have a happy Halloween. The organization has given away nearly 25,000 costumes for kids whose families are struggling since the operation began in 2009. And, Pharrell Williams is out with a new movie called “Piece by Piece,” which tells the story of his life in a very unique way by using Legos! Williams also gives advice on how kids can find their own superpowers.
