A kids guide to voting: We break down how the next president of the United States is chosen by explaining the Electoral College and the part it plays on Election Day. We spoke with some students about the upcoming election and they have some advice for the next commander in chief. Then, we’ll turn the clocks back one hour this weekend because daylight saving time is ending. Learn the history of daylight saving time and how you can easily adjust to the time change. Plus, meet top dog Ripken, who has become a fan favorite on North Carolina State’s football field and beyond! We’ll check in with this “tee-fetching” lab and his impact. Then, we’re hitting it out of the park as our Kids Correspondent meets, 8-time All-Star Mookie Betts at the World Series and shares an inspiring message for kids.
