A judge in Texas denied a motion by lawyers for Robert Roberson to throw out the execution warrant against him. Roberson is scheduled to be executed Thursday and would be the first person put to death based on the controversial “shaken baby syndrome” diagnosis. NBC News’ Lester Holt reports.
