Nicole Virzi was babysitting the twin sons of a Pittsburgh couple when one died of blunt force trauma to the head. The other was found with multiple injuries. Defense Attorney David Shrager said of the death penalty being on the table, “I expected that it was a possibility.” WPXI’s Gabriella DeLuca reports.
