Hurricane Beryl has made landfall in Texas and is approaching Houston. The hurricane currently has winds of up to 80 miles per hour and is bringing more than a foot of rain in some of the hardest-hit areas. NBC News’ Jay Gray reports on what more to expect next from the storm.
