Investigators in Austria say one of two teenage suspects was ready to attack a Taylor Swift concert with knives and explosives and say he consumed large amounts of ISIS and al-Qaeda propaganda. Promoters canceled Swift’s three concerts in Austria. NBC News has learned that U.S. intelligence provided information about the alleged plot. NBC News’ Keir Simmons reports.
