Former President Donald Trump’s claim of a near-death experience on a helicopter with former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown was disputed by Brown, who told NBC News he had never been on a helicopter with Trump. It appears the former president may have been confusing Willie Brown, who once dated Kamala Harris, with former California Gov. Jerry Brown, who did ride in a helicopter with Trump in 2018.
